Before you send.

How quickly will my gift box arrive?
Each box is prepared and dispatched within 2 business days. UK parcels are sent with tracked delivery and usually arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Can I send it straight to someone else?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout. We never include prices or invoices inside the parcel, and every box includes a Maerel postcard.
Is a card included?
Yes. Each box includes a Maerel postcard with a thoughtful message, ready to send as a gift.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. For now, we deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Can I cancel my order?
Email info@maerel.uk as soon as possible. If your box has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to cancel or update your order.
