Processing Times

We dispatch orders on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Times

Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracked UK delivery is free with every Maerel gift box.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or arrives with missing or incorrect items, please contact us at help@maerel.uk with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the issue.

If the issue is caused by damage, fault, or an incorrect item, we will offer a suitable remedy in line with your statutory rights.
