We dispatch orders on the next working day. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates, so please allow some extra time if your gift is for a particular date.
Yes. Free tracked UK delivery is included with your set. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Yes. Enter the recipient’s name and delivery address at checkout, and we’ll send the gift straight to them. We don’t include prices or invoices inside the parcel. You can also have it delivered to yourself to give in person.
Yes. Each set comes in a Maerel gift box with soft tissue paper and a satin ribbon. A printed ritual card is included to guide the recipient through the evening. Gift packaging is included in the price.
We don’t offer personalised messages or additional greeting cards, including customer-supplied cards. Every set includes our printed Maerel ritual card.
Please email help@maerel.uk as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. If it has already been sent, please refer to our Returns Policy.
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For a change-of-mind return, the set must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Email return@maerel.uk before sending it back. You cover the return postage unless the order is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please read our Returns Policy for the full conditions.
