Yes — every box includes a Maerel postcard with a thoughtful message, ready to gift as it arrives. We keep gifting simple, so personalised messages aren’t offered.
Are prices or invoices included inside the box?
Never. No prices, invoices or paperwork go inside the gift.
When will it be dispatched?
Each gift is prepared and dispatched within 2 business days — checked, wrapped and sealed by hand before it leaves the studio.
Is delivery tracked?
Yes — every UK parcel is sent tracked, and delivery is complimentary.
What if I enter the wrong delivery address?
Email info@maerel.uk as soon as possible. If your box hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll update the address before it leaves.
