Every box is assembled by hand in London, hand-tied and carefully sealed before it’s sent.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch & delivery times

We usually dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. UK parcels are sent with tracked delivery and typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout — they’re estimates and aren’t guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Any shipping fee is calculated and shown before you complete checkout.

Sending as a gift

Sending straight to someone else? Just enter their delivery address at checkout. We never include prices or invoices inside the parcel, and every box includes a Maerel postcard, ready to send as a gift.

Delivery addresses

Please double-check the delivery address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for parcels delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

If something’s wrong

If your parcel arrives damaged, or there’s a problem with your order, email help@maerel.uk with your order number and a photo if you can. We’ll put it right in line with your statutory rights.

Changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Email us as soon as possible — if your box hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
